Can @Mad for Beer (Rome). Nera, abbastanza densa, impenetrabile, schiuma ecrù leggerissima, evanescente. Al naso note di malti tostati, caffè, cioccolato, legno, etilico, leggera ossidazione. In bocca è ben bilanciata tra la componente dolce e amara, ma ha un etilico un filo troppo invadente e una leggera punta di ossidazione. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Andrebbe rifinita.
