(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity and mildly resiny hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and grapefruit, backed by hints of rye bread, caramel and a whiff of cough syrup. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Soft rye bread character with cara-malt, delicately syrupy accents and pronounced fruity and resiny hoppy flavours; dry, hop bitter and quite lasting finish with fruity and resiny notes. Very good. 04.VI.17

33cl bottle. Earthy fruity beginning. The body is fruity with seeetish hints, the hops are floral but not too intense, the earthy eye dominates with a fruity sweetness and floral hops behind the picture. Nice long fruity earthy aftertaste.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at FdB Köln 2017. Slightly hazy, brownish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity and slightly resiny and a little spicy aroma of caramel, honey, orange jam, mango and pine. Slightly bitter, quite bitter, fruity-resiny and slightly grassy taste of honey, orange jam, mango, pine and rye, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, resiny finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Milde Schwarzbrotnoten, Anklänge an Erdnuß. Mild rezent, sahnig weich. Im Abgang wuchtige aber in köstliche, vielschichtige Hopfenaromen eingebettete Bittere. - Komplexes, reiches und tiefes IPA, keine simple Hopfenbombe.

0,33 l bottle from Brolters, Bremen. Murky dark orange in the glass, more than one finger frothy head. Floral hopy nose. Pouring out very carefully but I got a lot of sediments in the glass. Taste starts with hopy bitterness, follwowed by a a short citrus sepuence, dry malt, dusty grain. Citrus in the background. Nice pleasant bitterness in the auftertaste.
