Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, gold, lovely sparkle, decent head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong florals over fainter lemony citrus, pilsner malt. Taste is strong florals and white grape up front, backed up by pilsner malt. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, mostly malty finish with bitterness. Gorgeous, well made and the hops give a good deal of interest. Nice.

Undated can from CLW, drunk 4/24/26. Thanks, Chris!
Galaxy in the nose is a bit vegetal, or herbal, probably from combining with the other hops. Kind of an odd mix of hops, and there's no comforting, rich maltiness to balance it, though there's also no big acidity. Some light mineral, extremely unripe tropical fruit lingering with cracker and biscuit from the malt.
Not too bitter in the flavor, either. Some nice white grape, soft herb, good mineral and a better showing from the malt than the nose would suggest. Slight honey/white bread. Fairly soft, good attenuation. The hops don't exactly pop but it's a well-made beer because...Back Hill.

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma is pilsner malt and light floral tones.
Flavor follows the nose with a soft mineral character. Very mild herb-like bitterness that gives this a IPL feel to it. Stern bitterness.
