Cascade, Chinook
We've taken a classic English bitter framework and dialled it up with some old school American hops. Red amber in colour, caramel malt, firm bitterness and a loaded up with Cascade and Chinook. We're getting grapefruit zest, blood orange and pine sap.
A toned down nod to one of our all time favourites: Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale.

Chestnut / amber with a frothy off-white head and a very soft leafy aroma. Light bodied, fruit malt, some sweet caramel, floral hops and a dry bitter finish.

[Cask at the Andover Beer Festival 2026.] W A pinkish amber coloured pour with a thick white head; berry aroma; crisp fruity taste with citrus and red berries; and a fruity finish. Good.
