Often called the Champagne of Poland, Grodziskie is all about finesse. Polish Brut is brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt, delivering a whisper of smoke wrapped in bright wheat character and a bone-dry finish. Can-conditioned for naturally high carbonation, it pours lively and crisp, with fine bubbles and refreshing snap.

Can. Misted yellow with a mousse-like white head that lasts well. Light smoke and cracker aroma with hints of honeyed dough. Somewhat creamy with little sweetness, plenty of rather refined smoke, crackers. Low bitterness. Elegant.
