Kriek is a Belgian lambic style ale brewed with cherries. Typically quite tart with a strong cherry note. Our take on this is not wild fermented, instead fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast and Sourvisiae, a yeast that can create lactic acid. The addition of cherry puree creates a light pink hue and gives this beer its signature taste. Aged on oak staves for a mild woody vanilla character. Mildly tart with flavors reminiscent of cherry pie. This beer shares the same malt bill as Neptune’s Bounty (La Biere De Mars)

Brewery draught, 3/14/26.
Cherry meat and lightly fruity yeast with low acidity. Low malt/wheat character. A bit timid but the cherry is tasteful.
Citrus? Weird. It tastes like grapefruit. Wouldn't guess cherry. Obviously some interesting stuff going on with the yeast. Very dry, but enough malt to balance. Almost no yeast acidity but rather bitterness from somewhere. Strange one.
