TCBW2026. Coppery black colour with a small head. Aroma is dried fruits, some liquorice, chocolate and mild alcohol with some slightly wooden tones as well. Flavour is rather similar, but is sadly a wee bit too sweet for my likes.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, blackberry, vanilla, jam, pear, grape, taste is similar, rich, chewy, sweet and fruity. 8/9/9/9/8

440 ml can. Pours almost black with a moderate head of big bubbles. Aromas of salty chocolate, dark fruit, vanilla, dark sugars and slick roasted malts. Sweet flavors follow same, with some Brandy coming through at the end. Very good. But for such a big beer it really should be packaged in a 330 ml can IMHO...

Draught @ Drinkøteka, Prague. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, dark dried fruit, Port. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, dark chocolate, dried fruit, figs, Port. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 010426

Can. Color: Almost black, thin brown head. Aroma: Caramel-Chocolate fudge, boozy and spicy notes. Taste: Roasted malt, caramel-chocolate fudge, dark dried fruit, figs, spicy notes, boozy notes. Sirupy. Long lasting finish. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Nice slow sipper.
