Bottle from Beer Seller Oban. It pours orangey - copper with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is earthy, spicy, woody, toasted nut, brown bread, ryvita, leafy hops and a touch of orchard fruits. The taste is firmly dry, pleasing level of bitterness, toasty grains, wood, earth, grass, leafy hops, spicy, leather, toasted nut, floral accents and leather with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Traditional but with a good level of bitterness. Decent.
