In Basque cider country, Txotx marks the beginning of cider season. In late winter the txoxt, small wooden sticks, are removed from the enormous barrels of the Basque cider houses, and cider flows directly into waiting glasses. With Stick Season we pay tribute to these renowned ciders. This naturally fermented cider spent the winter in oak barrels and features the thirst-quenching acidity and touch of funk typical of the Basque originals. Txotx!

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice.
