Good pils. Nice husky grains, crackery pale malts, grassy bitterness. A little yeast poking through. Pleasantly dry. Sound.

Keg at Newbarns. It pours clean yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, toasty grains, oatcakes, biscuit, grass, leafy and woody. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, green, weedy, herbal, woodsy, toasty grain, cereal, old rope and some nuttiness with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Quite snappy and spicy. An interesting lager bier. Snappy.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden and clear with gentle carbonation and a slightly off-white head.
Nose - green hop, green bean and oatmeal biscuit.
Taste - green bean, bitter salad and biscuit backdrop.
Palate - light bodied, bitter finish, good persistence.
Overall - great stuff!
