Making a grand return to his Patron’s Project for the first time since 2022, we have Rob C Art coming back with a newly imagined theme and look for this freshest release.
This is an Oat Cream DIPA at 8%. Everything you know and love about our hefty New England hazies but heavily layered with loads of oat and lactose for an uber rich texture.
The fuller mouthfeel helps carry a load of bright tropical notes that are brought in by some newer US hop varieties. Krush has big tropical fruit punch vibes, bursting with orange, guava and mango. While Dolcita offers a load of sweet, candied fruit notes, pineapple, peaches and even a touch of Daiquiri.

440ml can. Murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of candied mango, pineapple, guava. Taste is quite sweet, candied tropical fruits, mango, guava, pineapple, peach and apricot, some citric bitterness but it's mostly sweet. Medium bodied, smooth.

My Patron Saint Project Beer#13, today celebrating Saint Verena, the Patron Saint Of Lighthouse Keepers through a Patrons Project brew. Hazy yellow coloured sticky-sweet ale, although at this strength not unsurprising. It doesn't feel that way in taste though, with sugary-sweet tropical fruit citrus very evident in aroma and dominates its flavours, with a very low citric bitterness about it. There's some pine available too.
