A modern West Coast IPA designed to showcase bold hop expression whilst sticking true to its roots; light as can be, dry as a desert, with a thirst-quenching, bitter finish. Citra, Motueka, Riwaka, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin offer up a smorgasbord of flavour; from lime and orange to mango and pineapple, resinous pine to gooseberry and white grape.

Tap at craft beer junction. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is nice dank, pine, sap, weed, Nelson, drying. Flavour is composed of pissy pine, dank hop. Sap, resin, moderate carbonation, weedy dank, firm bitterness, bark. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation, lovely west coaster. Very crushable.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much a clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a nice light sweetness suits this clean and bright West Coaster. Juicy citrus, a little peel bitterness. Nice grapey back end. Modest tangerine. A little hop spice and a little bitterness on the back end. Cracking West Coast affair

Very stuff. Kind of a NE and westy hybrid. Nice plump citrus, grassy bitterness, few pine needles, dank accents. Background pale malts. Highly drinkable.
