On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy deep golden with white head. Aroma of herbs, spruce, some bready notes, citrus. Tastes pretty sweet with some fruity sourness, little bitterness. Thin bodied.

On tap as Bayerischer Bahnhof Spruce Gose, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Pale golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma of sea water, lactic acid, lemons and spruce. Medium acidic flavour with notes of lemons, lactic acid, a little salt and hints of spruce. Refreshing.

On tap at The Hay Merchant. Pours a hazy copper with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong smoke and pine. Medium body, smoke, grass, salt, light dry finish, good.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with anwhite head. Aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is piny and a big t salty and some citrus. Kind of full mouthfeel for a gose. Pretty good.

Bottle during RBSG 2014. Hazy apricot yellow with off-white head. Aromas of pine and citrus. Tastes of pine, citrus, light tart and skunk. Light body and dry.
