Undated can drunk 5/1/26.
Rich toffee and fruity yeast with fresh herbs and fresh cut grass from the hops. Big pepper notes on the backside. Clean and no alcohol noted. Maybe a bit of excess dough on the very end.
Fruity and malty, nice and rich, not syrupy, with a good chewiness to it, but excellent attenuation keeping it dry on the finish, in concert with peppery hop, and mild toast/roast. Very flavorful and round up front with soft, succulent malts. That's the way to go. Big, rich, soft, succulent, then drying significantly on the finish. Another great one from these guys.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brown with a smallish tan head. Aroma of slightly roast toffee. Med body or better. Not dry but not sweet. Fairly balancing bitterness. Flavor is darkish toffee with some hop that might be more floral than herbal. Pretty good flavor.

Draft. Pours clear hazel, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is dark sugars, toffee, caramel, biscuit, hints of booze. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Pretty solid for a non-BA version.
