Belgian-style blond ale boasting juicy acidity; amarillo-hop driven aromas of orange & earth mingle with suggestions of citrus fruit & white pepper in the nose; tantalizingly tart & tangy.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow orange colo, big white head. Aroma of oranges steeped in lacto, white pepper. Taste is softly sour orange, light spice, hay. Very nice.

Light sourness here. Not sure that it’s bretta but the yeast is really cool tasting. Light sour finish. Cloudy blonde with good head and lacing. Meat. Tap at brewpub.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a cloudy golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was initially attic and used fireworks. However, after about a minute it mellowed out a bit. flavor is light tartness, sweet juicy notes. tang. Liked it a lot more as it warmed.

Pours a hazy gold with some wispy white head. Nose is odd, loads of acid, grass, a little industrial, some citrus. Flavor is heavy vitamin C tablet, herbal, bitter greens, a little industrial. Overly tart finish. Not great.

Pours cloudy golden, small white lasting head, nice lacing. Aroma is funk, wet leaves, twigs, apple, citrus, dusty. Light sweet, light tart, lemon, light plus funky, drying finish, fruity. Light body, medium carbonation, very drinkable.
