Feast or Famine is our Triple Bock and the heftiest entry into our series of strong German beers. Pouring a jet black color with flashes of ruby hues, its head rises and settles quickly into the abyss. Aromas of burnt caramel, rich port wine, and dark cherry syrup hover above the glass. Following behind are notes of molasses, chocolate-covered figs, and earthy spice. Despite its rich character, its extended conditioning makes for a sublime and effortless sipper.
A world of plenty resides neatly against the edge of hunger. Sweet and still, they graze until, like the breaking of a dam, a torrent of horn and hooves floods across the plains. Two perfect evolutions, one built of precision, the other as quick as a gust of wind.

Pours deep mahogany into a willi. Mocha pancake head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Hot dried pit fruit and fig aromas. Thick with sweet fig and date front to back. Slick, lasting roasty mocha finish. Nice.

Waxed 50cl bottle pours a leggy, murky brown with some beige head. Nose has malt and booze, some cocoa, a little char. Flavor is deep roasty malt. Tree house must fucking boil these things. Deep. Dry. Long finish. Some dates.

Number 1 with a bullet!! 500 ml bottle in a trade with tfontana.
The aroma is soft fruit, honey, mild toasted grain. The flavor follows with the addition of dates and soft warm raisins. Hints of molasses.
Alcohol is not noticed in the flavor, but it is noticed with warming after the sip. Ridiculously drinkable for the ABV.
