This collab with our mates, Garage Project came to life after catching up with Pete and Jos at the 2024 HAPI Festival. Diving deep into how temperature plays a huge role in hop expression sparked the idea to split this batch in two. One half was dry-hopped warm at 20°C, the other cold at 13°C, using Peacharine, Nelson and Galaxy, before being recombined for the final beer.
The result? A full-spectrum expression of each hop — from bright aromatics to deep, saturated flavour. Best of both worlds.

Can. Opaque orange with a good cm of white head lasts pretty well. Aroma of orange, peach, fairly gentle herbs and grass, vague bread. Pretty much how it tastes - the smudginess of the malt needs the herbal astringency to cut through at the end... but then the fruit gets a little lost at times. But pretty good.
