A little cloudy carmine red beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: sour cherries, a hint of vanilla, butter cookies, nice and fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, some sour cherries, slightly sweet touch, petit-beurres, good stuff! Aftertaste: fruity, sourish, cherries, hint of diacetyl, pleasant acidity, slightly sweet, vanilla, hint of cinnamon, good stuff!
