IPA
Super Pale, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Carapils, Idaho 6, Strata CGX
Appearance - Luminous pale yellow driven by the oats, with a fluffy lingering head.
Aroma - Keeping things a little bit lighter this time with a combo of Idaho 7 T90 & Strata CGX, two of my favourite varieties/formats of the year. Idaho 7 laying down a blanket of overripe pineapple & Nectarine to support the passionfruit dropped by the strata.
Flavour - The signature dank strawberry that you can only get from strata is on full show, with even more pineapple juice and a hint of bergamot pith from the Idaho 7. This opens back to a touch more passionfruit on the finish

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Good cooling pine into a decent edge of bitterness. Broad spectrum pine lashed hop fruits, tastes like Idaho 7 bossing it here. Light finish brings a mild hop spice tingle. Pretty drinkable, the mild bitterness is refreshing.

Can at Goblet with Ogi. Mruky yellow-orange body, off-white head. Pleasant big orange and stone fruit aroma. Smooth, sweet taste, creamy oaty backbone, ending in herbal bitterness, the fruitiness of the aroma really not matched that much. Okay overall.
