Tap at FdB. Hazy, minimally dirty golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly wheaty, yeasty fruity aroma, a tart-ish touch of gooseberry, rhubarb, quince. Taste is slightly wheaty, fruity, tart-ish, minimally yeasty, lactic and citric, a touch of rhubarb, quince. Half-way between Hefeweizen and Berliner Weisse.

Cloudy blond appearance. Aroma and flavour have a lactic sourness. Fairly light bodied.

Draft at Festival der Bierkulturen, Cologne. Cloudy dull golden with a white head. Aroma of weedy hops, light herbal, green, citrus and light fruits. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled from tap at FdB Köln 2017. Sweetish, slightly sourish, a little fruity aroma of yoghurt, wheat and some rhubarb. Sweetish, moderately sour, slightly fruity taste of yoghurt, rhubarb, sauerkraut and wheat, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice and very interesting to try!

On tap at FdBK Cologne 2017. Great fresh beginning. Smooth mild, fresh refreshing with a nice sourish body. Long sourish but not that aroma-deep aftertaste. Fresh smooth mild sour. Nice.

Sampled @ Festival der Bierkulturen Köln 2017. Sehr trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist grasig trocken, leicht fruchtig, frisch. Geschmack ist mild hopfig fruchtig, spritzig, gering säuerlich, hefig, nett.
