Draft at the brewery during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear, rich amber with a creamy, white head. Sweet, with notes of dry caramel, alcohol, bread, light leafy bitterness. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Sweet and moderately warming on the finish, with further caramel, toasted bread. Not bad.

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. This was available both on Nitro and regular. I had the Nitro. Clear dark brown with an off-white head. Fruity malt aroma The flavor is very tasty. Lots of roasty smoky rich malt flavors going on here. Very nice.

Draft - Nitro - Lots of caramel and a bit of sweet malts. Clear caramel with a thin head. Grains and caramel, some light bitterness with a bit of booze. Not quite the sweetness I expect in this style
