Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop, nice palate cleanser! Crystal clear bright golden yellow color, champagne bubbles, edge head. Aroma of fresh fruit. Taste is dry, tart apples skins. Does the trick.

750ml bottle sampled at the DC Epic Sour Tasting. My pops picked this up for me at Russell Orchards in Ipswich. Pours a clear, light gold with a ring of white head. Scotch like legs. Nose has apple skins, some heavy butter, almost like butter sauteed green apples, a little briny, white grape. Flavor is tart, apple skins, a little cheesy, grass, white grape. Crisp finish. Strong offering.

Bottle shared at DC Annual Epic Sour Tasting, thanks Nimbleprop! Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of apples, honey, light booze. Tasting notes of apples, wheat, citrus. Medium-light with a dry and warm finish.

From a bottle shared at the DC Epic Sour Beer Tasting. Thanks Nimbleprop! Pours a clear gold with a scant off white head. Delicate and champagne like, with a tart apple nose, but a surprisingly sweet finish.

Bottle poured a clear, orange yellow color with a off white head. Aroma was a little astringent, pressed apple. Flavor was apple, astringent thinner notes. I like it, but alcohol aint hidden.

Very pale bright gold/white color. Quite clear. No head. Smells very sharp of green apples, (I think, I really know very little about ciders). Has a very pleasant floral smell as well, somewhat spicy. Opens up true to its name, quite dry, crisp, not like the apple flavor in an APA. Light to medium light body, no wateriness, carbonation surprisingly not a problem. Finishes with a nice honey/fructose sweetness. Good true apple flavor, maybe not the most complex, but definitely good.
