At the heart of brewing collaborations, there exists a deep love of beer, genuine friendships, and mutual respect. Our ability to meet with such broad areas of the industry and share tips, ideas, techniques, ingredients and enjoy the fruits of our labour is a wonderful thing.

Our utter love of the beers Fyne Ales produces, including the most sessionable cask pale ales, deeply flavourful Imperial stouts and delicate wild ales, needs no introduction; they epitomise refined flavour-first beers.

This beer is born from our mutual love of Citra, and it appears in this strong pale in all its many forms - we've used whole leaf, pellets, cryo pellets, and flowable liquid extracts to pack in as much Citra as we possibly can.

440ml can. Slightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit. Taste is citrusy, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, also a bit peachy and a bit of Haribo sweets. Medium-ish body.
Pretty nice APA (don't agree with the brewery saying its a hazy) but it has the sweetness of one so... yeah...

Can shared by my bro. It pours hazy orangey - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, ripe, orange creamsicle, mango, fruit pie, nectarine apricot, touch green, weedy and fruit salad sweets. The taste is smooth, juicy, fairly sweet, touch green, apricot, peach, tangerine, orange creamsicle, fruit salad, orange squash, touch green, weedy and brioche with a smooth finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Super fruity, but a bit sweet if truth be told. Missing that fyne ales bitterness. Decent nonetheless.

Keg at Enid Street. Hazy opaque amber gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has light resin and citrus bitterness. Flavourwise it's got an short initial bitternes before sweetness sweeps through from fruit and malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice.

Pours hazy orange gold with a decent fluffy white cap. Lots of citrus, grapefruit, lemon notes, little hint of malt, .more fresh citrus on the finish. Really good fresh citra APA. Lovely stuff!
