Bottle. A- Tobacco, cola. A- Black color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Roasty, cocoa, licorice. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of roast that is sweetened up by hints of licorice. Not a ton of dark fruits but there is a pronounced charred wood flavor. Nice brew overall.

From my father: pours near black with beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, some coffee. More American porter than it is Eastern European in the nose. Taste is robust, roasty, not very sweet, lightly bitter. Good and smooth body.

Dude, I love the name of this bottle, porter or not. Drank right ou tof the bottle, it is a pretty good example of a baltic but hey, made in america? Not quite as perfectly rude as the old country baltic but so be it. I would not have think it was 7%, heheh. Sneaks up on you in the end. Just, maybe, just maybe, I think I feel a feeling of elation on the finish? Could use a tiny more manners for a dark beer. I really do like to watch crows around my homestead!

This brew is a clear dark brown color with a medium beige head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing. Roast malt, coffee and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of earthy hops, dark chocolate, coffee and a touch of brine. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
