Capping off our mini “Fresh” IPA series is Double Fresh DIPA. Treated with Paradisi, Riwaka & Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice from @freestylehops, this one leans tropical, with sweet red berry notes, and a clean finish. Full-bodied body and incredibly drinkable for 8% ABV.

Murky orange golden topped with a lasting creamy white head.
Nose is grass, melon, papaya, mandarin, mixed tropicana.
Taste comprises orange pith, melon, mandarin, grapefruit, pine nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA.

Hazy orange colour and white head with lace. Fruity, grassy aroma. Medium-bodied. Citrus, herbal notes, stonefruit in the flavour. Citrusy finish. A bit light for its abv and not the freshiest. Kuparitarha, Tampere.

Antipodean hoppy action delivered here with layers of gooseberry and honeydew melon, white grape, splash of lime and guava, sweet creamy malty backbone, piney robust bitter edged hoppy close. Lovely drop.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice level of sweetness, just about right for this brew according to my taste buds. Cooling pine intro to the hop bill. Paradise hops - new one on me and, a pleasant surprise. The promised grapefruit is here, bright and not bitter or acid. Gives way to mildly sweet tropical fruits and something like guava and mild tangerine jam. Whisper of melon, way down in the mix. The other 2 hops are a little anonymous but, I could care less. Paradisi is the star of the show and delivers something a bit off the beaten hop track in a crisp and highly quaffable dipa.
