440ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Vinous fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, minimally biscuity, pale malty background, hints of white grapes, some gooseberry, a touch of cracker, whiffs of honey and lemon. Taste is moderately bitter, vinous fruity and slightly grassy and minimally resinous-piney hoppy, slightly biscuity, pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of white grapes, white grape juice, some gooseberry, resin, a touch of grape sugar, a very light citrusy touch.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice fruitiness, some subtleties, a tad too sweet - fine.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, grape and melon notes. Taste: Hoppy, fruity white grape, hints of melon. Malty base. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. I don't recognize the West Coast part of it, but it's a pretty nice IPA.

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop, Hamburg and consumed at home Saturday 11th April 2026 after a day of gardening, lovely day today. We had Chicken Jalfrezi and Mushroom Fried Rice, listening to Stuart Maconie standing in for Craig Charles on the Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours gold with a large white head, it appears to be clear. Tropical notes, certainly fruity and with a maltiness also. Sweetness initially with malt and a little pineapple showing. It's a touch to sweet for me, bitterness is there but could be more assertive, good beer but another West Coast that doesn't quite feel like a full on westy for me. Score: 7.3
