A lightly hazed blonde gose with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity malt with light acidity, light Epsom salt, OK. In mouth, a nice tart lemony malt with light lemon, light mineral notes,OK. On tap at brewery.

Shaker pint draft at the brewery in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with not much of a white head. The aroma shows a light tartness along with a bit of salt. The taste is a clean simple blend of wheat grain, that is bit husky, soft tart and then restrained salt in the finish. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a dry salt finish. Super drinkable, well made Gose.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of lightly sour lemon. Taste is very mellow and earthy lemon. Mild stuff.

Hazy pale golden with little white head. Light tart aroma, light body, light carbonation, and some small bubble lacing. Taste is nice tart lemon, some coriander, and a hint of salt. Really good gose, would have liked to done a side by side with Anderson Valley.
