This new IPA explores the relationship between hop and yeast expression.
Citra drives its classic notes of grapefruit and candied citrus peel, while Nelson layers in sauvignon blanc character; gooseberry and white grape. Through co-fermentation with two complementary yeast strains, we amplify hop derived floral terpenes, pushing aromatics to the forefront while maintaining clarity and balance, all wrapped in a soft texture and clean finish. Nose is grass, papaya, pine needle, mandarin.
Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, pine needle, subtle hop spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid IPA.

Quite a solid IPA. Bright and fresh citrus expression, some tangerine, melon, peach, rindy bitterness, background pale malt. Nicely rounded. Good dankness, too.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose sticky white head. Aroma is nice dank weedy, waxy citrus fruit, dishcloth. soft wheat, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, wheat, waxy orange rind, dank, weedy notes, Nice. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. light oil. spicy finish. Solid ipa.

Appearance is hazy golden, with a large pillowy clingy white head. Aroma- pineapple, citrus, white wine, hops, grapefruit, orange juice. Taste is hop bitterness, malty hints, citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, bit of pineapple, stone fruit. Clean and crisp finish, peppery hoppy notes.

Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. White peach, lychee, lots of malt, some grain notes, dank hop. More dank hop on the finish lifted by some citrus zing. Solid IPA

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon and grapefruit. Flavour of pomelo, peach yoghurt and orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A soft and well rounded IPA.
