Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin™, Galaxy® & Eclipse®

A richly textured Australian & New Zealand blend, with a balanced drinkability that's pillow-soft & cream-forward.

Early Nelson shows off classic grape & gooseberry, while its late-harvested counterpart comes through more tropical & grapefruit-y. The mandarin juice of Eclipse & ripe passion-fruit of Galaxy fill the palate to the brim.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 26/07/2026.
Murky orange golden topped with a just off white head that veers to the edge.
Nose is stone fruit, orange pith, pine needle, grass.
Taste comprises grapefruit, hop spice, pine needle, mandarin, stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with danko come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head that doesn't last long. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a pleasing light smooth creamy sweetness. Soft pine and very mild and very soft skunk hop intro. Nice juicy hop fruits, peachy stone fruits, a little Nelson grapey tang and good ol' Galaxy broad spectrum fruits. Airy finish brings some light hop spice. Tangy fruity linger. Nice job. Another 8.2

440ml can. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma is very dank and weedy, gooseberry and grape, quite savoury/onions. Taste is tropical, grape, gooseberry, slightly vinous, very dank, herbal, a bit savoury, citrus, pine and hop spice to finish. Medium-full bodied.
A quality DIPA that just leans a bit too much into the savoury weedy flavours more than I'd like.
