Expect chopped white grapes, overripe mango and oak forward Chardonnay.

440ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally funky, fruity hoppy aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of yellow stone fruit, a touch of rotting yellow stone fruit, some gooseberry, overripe kiwi fruit, sweet white grapes. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, wheaty malty, fruity hoppy and mildly funky, notes of sweet white grapes, ripe kiwi fruit, ripe gooseberry, mild hoppy bitterness.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Slightly funky, unfresh, also rather sugary - not fully convincing.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, an engaging light but forward tasting creamy sweetness. 2026 Nelson continues to delight and reminds again how good this hop once was. Bright and slightly sweet white grape, a winey richness, a whisper of Muscat like sweetness. Sort tropical fruits on the back end. A light cooling pine runs throughout. Hugely crushable and very sound Nelson DIPA.
