Pours a hazy, banana pudding yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is pretty muted, but with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavors are citrus, white wine, some saison-like spice. Mouthfeel is perhaps a touch thin. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Canned 4/7/26, drunk 4/29/26.
Big stone fruit and white wine. Lots of mineral, lots of white bread and honey with some citrus on the end. Fruity ester, round and juicy. Very prototypical NEIPA.
Juicy, fruity, round and soft with decent bitterness. Some mineral and light sulfur with juicy citrus and moderate white wine. Very straightforward stuff with, perhaps, a bit too much malt for its own good. Lots of honey, white bread and such. Hops could use more acidity for a beer of this size.

16oz can of lemony pulp. Very little head. Minty nose, wet grass, big grapefruit, perfume and sweet herbs. Wheat lurking. Flavor has more the stone fruits but it's really grassy and minty and green. Chewy, wheaty finish with a pinch of sugar that only comes on late. Yellow cake almost pops in at the final moment.
