Straight outta the brewhouse, this DIPA is an 8.4% powerhouse that doesn't mess around. Loaded with a heavy hit of southern cross, amarillo and simcoe. This boss of a beer rolls in hard with a blast of ripe citrus, stonefruit, and dank pine on the nose.

LIghtly hazed, golden-amber colour with a big, creamy-frothy warm-white head, good retention and sticky-foamy lacing with some creaminess. Aromas are a fresh blend of herbs and pine notes, with the caramel malt base, and a touch of citrus. A little creamy in the mouthfeel, with a nice slow drying finish. Flavours are a mix of grassiness, grapefruit zest, pine needles and that caramel undertone. Quite a pleasant, old school DIPA that goes down, very nicely.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, light grapefruit pulp, pleasant.
