Wow! That is a big ass aroma and it's lovely. Rich grainy, six-row character. Clean and snappy with honey-like character in the background.
Lighter in flavor with some papery grains and soft honey. Crisp finish with a bit of bitterness. No apple or wax. Clean. Maybe just a touch thinner than I'd like but it is very low abv.
