The flavor profile includes clove and banana undertones. This beer is unfiltered and slightly phenolic. The hop additions are all traditional Hallertauer hops.

Cloudy orange-blond color with creamy head. The aroma is lightly fruity and feety. Some wheat flavor, mild spices and banana, light feeling of stale water.
A simple one.

Muddy golden color. True aroma, with some banana. Ordinary flavor, ordinary body, light spices and fruitiness, some medicinal aftertaste. Drinkable.

Draft at CB Potts, Cheyenne; hazy gold with a ring of small white bubbles; Nose was citrusy and tart; flavor of malt, citrus and banana.

On tap at the Ram Brewing Boise, ID. Pours out a hazy yellow topped with a white head. the normal hef to me a little banana and honey.

Salem, OR: Cloudy yellowy tan colour. Malty, bananaish aroma with light marshmallow malts. Quick palate is moderately sweet with just a touch of spicy accent. Finishes with the slightest bit of wheatiness.

Features the stock hefeweizen color of ruddy orange in a bit of haze. Sparks of citrus, spice, cloves, and wheat. Banana element was present, but not overbearing. The appropriate level of hoppiness made this beer very enjoyable to drink.

On Tap at The Ram / Boise A cloudy pale light yellow with excellent white head and very nice lacing that was still on the glass when it was finished. Aroma and flavor was of the German hef with the clove/banana spiciness. Fairly soft carbonation and a soft unfiltered feel. Not bad

From a sampler at the Indy location: RAM prides itself on not serving their Hefe with a lemon. The bad news is this is not a very good beer and it might have been better with a lemon. Pours a hazy gold color with a thin white head. Not much lacing at all. The aroma is not bad, with some clove, citrus and banana. The taste however was kind of disturbing. It takes like Mr. Bubble to me for some reason. It was hard to detect any wheat characteristics under the odd bath soap flavor. Same goes for the finish, it pretty much ruined the beer. I'd give it another shot but this was just not right.

Pale orange, cloudy. Big estery banana aroma. Balanced sweetness along with some fruitiness. Starts promising the finish is disappointingly short and syrupy where metal gives way for banana pie.
