Refrigerated brown bomber, bottled September 9, 2016 from mansquito. Black as my soul with small light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, medium/thick body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is hot pepper, oak, vinous, some cinnamon, and chocolate. Probably better fresh as the bottle suggests, but still pretty good.

Bottle @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Pours pitch black with a small mocha head. Aromas of chilies, cinnamon, cocoa, dry dark chocolate, subtle wine tartness but a pretty serious grapey and boozy wine character. Taste is cinnamon up front, dry dark chocolate, dry vinous characters, light tartness aswell, oaky sweet, chillies, red grapes, woody dry finish. Obviously a very nice brew but the red wine somehow isn’t for me along with the spices. At least not that much.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours near black with a tiny head. Notes of dark roasty malt, cacao, dark fruit, spicebox, cinnamon, moderately spicy chillies, wood, a bit of outright vinous feel, a little sweet caramel to the core but not overly sweet. Finish is pretty dry, tingling chili, light tannin, roast, silght alcohol. Medium bodied at best, a bit thin really, softly carbonated. Nice enough given the base, though I don't really like the mix of the spicing with the barrel. More substance in the mouth would also help.

Bottle at puttetjes’ new castle. Thanks to Maakun!! Black with tan head. Massive cinnamon, big deep roasted chocolate malts. Dark chocolate, fruity deep earthy red wine notes, butterscotch, coconut, vanilla, chili peppers, ginger. Big sweet and big bitter, very nice spiciness. Full body, slick feel and moderate carbonation.

Bottle shared. Black with fizzy dark brown head that leaves a small ring. Cinnamon, lots of dark chocolate, light peppers, red fruits, toffee, earthy leaves, soft oak and red berries, fudge. Nice mix between cinnamon, chocolate, fruits and peppers. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied with medium heat. Lovely lovely stuff!
