Dry, bright, and crisp, Dr. Peter Dankman delivers a proton stream of West Coast hop character that’ll stop any ghost in its tracks. Nectaron leads with white peach, passionfruit, and a bright citrus edge. Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo add depth with blueberry, a touch of earth, and just enough resinous dank to keep things interesting. Dry malt backbone stays out of the way while a firm, clean bitterness ties it all together. Dank and dialed in. No slime, no marshmallows.
