Next instalment in our single hop series, we have the new 'noble sassy hop' Audacia (a first for Big Trip!). Brewed on a light malt base and to be gluten free, we've double dry hopped with generous amounts of Audacia to create notes of berries and floral hints that greet the nose, while the first sip delivers fresh bilberry and ripe blackberry flavours. Low levels of bitterness throughout and with a crisp clean finish, this extra pale Audacia showcase hits the spot.

Cask gravity at New Inn Canterbury. Hazy pale ale lasting white head. New World hoppy pale ale. Okin the mouth. Some sherbet hop. Decent but not my style really. Light hops on the end

Hazy dull gold with a frothy white head and a fruit hop aroma. Light bodied with a hint of soft chew, mellow fruit hop flavour and a dry finish.

'400 Polka Favorites' is Ted Strikers "Record" in Airplane II. This hazy Polka hops golden brew won't make my top 400 as it's only a fair session with a slightly drab tropical fruitiness, but nothing particularly wrong with it. The fruit feels slightly stewed, but its texture is smoothish and soft.
