A traditional India Pale Ale, light bodied, golden-amber in color with an intense hop aroma produced by dry-hopping during fermentation. A very tasty ale with little bitter aftertaste which makes it great on a hot day.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy copper color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, earthy hop and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 6/20/11

Aroma: The nose is fairly hoppy, with some pine, citrus, as well as floral notes
Appearance: The pour is cloudy and orange with a decent off-white head and some lacing
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet up-front, good hop presence, with an appropriately bitter finish
Palate: The body is medium, with a fairly creamy mouthfeel, a touch sticky, with a fairly dry finish
Overall Impression: In my attempt to become the number 1 rater of Little Rock beers I have just ticked my 2nd brewery! So I'm sort of kidding here, but I have tried what maybe Little Rock's only 2 breweries now, so that's fun. As for this beer, it was actually a very solid IPA, I was a little surprised, I wasn't expecting it to be this good.

GABF Taster had to find a Arkansas rate somewhere. Pours out a cloudy copper topped with a sand head. Aroma of floral hops and rich malts. Taste more of the floral notes and sweet caramel malts.

Copper colour with a slight haze. Hints of floral and citrusy hops along with toasty malt in the aroma. The strange yuzu taste of Horizon hops dominates the character of this beer, making it fruity and refreshing, but this hop character doesn’t really appeal to me personally. Fairly low bitterness for style. Good balance, just not to my taste.
