Think For Yourself is a hoppy beer series where we explore experimental New Zealand hop varieties.
The fourth beer in this series focuses on NZ Rhapzody and CIP 076, two new, experimental varieties from our friends at Clayton Hops. Expect a kaleidoscope of tropical magic.

500ml can from the brewery. Murky yellow, creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, papaya, guava. Taste is the same, big hit of lemony/grapefruit citrus up front, then juicy exotic fruits, guava, papaya, lychee, some dankness and tart gooseberry to finish. Medium bodied.
Also really nice though I slightly preferred number 3.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light crisp palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts but a nice light sweetness imparted. Crisp pine and a fair hop spice nibble. A bright grapey white wine intro. Lemony citrus, slightly tart lemon. A back end of mild tropical fruits, a little pineapple. Hard to tell what is what when 2 new hops but, this is a lovely bright hop fruity affair.
