Our Nelson Sauvin infatuation continues unabated, and by pairing it with Citra and Simcoe, we get an IPA that is as complex as it is fruity and juicy. Tart gooseberry and white grape are matched in acidity by lime, grapefruit and passionfruit, and balanced out by gentle pine and some delicate herb.

440ml can. Murky golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of ripe guava, papaya, grape, gooseberry. Taste is sweet and fruity, guava, papaya, grape, gooseberry, dank finish with a touch of herbal hop spice. Medium bodied, smooth, soft. Spot on.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of mango, pine and pineapple. Flavour of pineapple, brioche and lime. Medium to full body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Punchy and delicious.
