[ As Hopfenstark Boson de Higgs ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - pale malt, moderate yeasty, smoke, light meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, smoke, meat, yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Flavor is light sweet, light malt, siason yeast, light tart, light spice, pepper, fruit, green apples, a hint of smoke. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light tart finish. 041015

Clear sparkling golden colour, white head. Smoky aroma, yeasty banana, smoked sausage. Sweet malty flavour, smoke, ash. Quite full body. Sweet finish, ash, rookworst. Nice. Heavy cheers to the Higgs boson!

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of light fruits, citrus and peppery saison yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Draught@Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, earthy and some floral and mild funky notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some funkiness as well as some yeasty and mild herbal notes.
