Hazed orange golden topped with a lasting white cap.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, guava, pine nip, mandarin.
Taste comprises orange pith, hop spice, mango pulp, light floral notes, grass, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Slips down easy for the big boost ... tidy kit.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, getting on for semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts deliver a slightly dry but pleasing creamy sweetness. Hops bring soft cooling pine. Punchy stone fruits, peachy, touch of mango. Reasonably bright citrus underneath. Mild hop spice on the light and semi dry finish which finally shows just a whisper of alcohol punch. Very good indeed. Really juicy and bright hops. The 12% alcohol is dangerously masked. Soma are getting rather good at these QIPAs.

My First SOMA QIPA and it hits all the right notes, juicy nectarine and peach to the fore, supporting citrusy tangerine and red grapefruit, citrus peel and hop spice, nice mouthfeel and body with a creamy sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Quality
