16oz can pours a crystal clear burnt gold with a ring of white head. Nice nose, soap and citrus, honey, grass. Flavor is pine and grapefruit, soap. Classic. Dry. Bitter.

Undated (lame) can, drunk 5/7/26.
Wow, that stinks! But in a pretty good way. Hop funk to the max. Earth and sticky resin with farminess galore. Smells like rolling in a bunch of freshly harvested hops. Malts gently supportive in the background, adding white bread/honey and none of the old school caramel/toast. No stewed/overboiled hop stink.
Candied citrus with a healthy bitterness showing pine and white grapefruit. But it stops just short of getting resinous/obnoxious. Amply malty with good depth and proper attenuation. Maybe nothing too crazy or revolutionary here, but it's done properly (no caramel/toasted malt, no overboiled hop or cringeworthy resin) and is polished and balanced. My first Brujos and I'm definitely a fan.
