Bottle 750ml. @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Toccalmatto/Naparbier St. Germanus ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, sweet yeast, dark fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet yeast, dark fruit, alcohol, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150829]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy dark brown with a medium short lived beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light licorice and overripe dark fruit. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours dark amber with a creamy beige head and lacings. Dark fruit, esters, whiff of alcohol and licorice. Roasted and dry. Good.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Opaque brownish color, slight red glare coming through when held into the light. Average sized beige head. Aroma is malts, sweetness, lightly alcohol, some caramel. Taste malts, caramel, sweetness, brown malts, some alcohol lightly again. Decent body and carbonation.
