Barleywine inspirée par les Private Ale seigneuriales britanniques du XVIIIème siècle. Profondément maltée, houblonnée et bien mûre. Elle possède aussi un côté rustique assumé de par son passage de 12 mois en fût de chêne. Une bière lente à mûrir et coûteuse à produire, avec un potentiel de garde de 3 à 5 ans.

A lightly hazed copper amber barleywine with a thin creamy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, faint Brett, very nice.
