Eclair Inspired Imperial Stout. We climb on. Bold and decadent, with rich notes and aromas of graham cracker, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans.

Draught @ the taproom. Opaque dark brown with a small creamy tan head that flops fast, chocolatey aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter dark chocolate taste with alcohol undertones, cocoa flavor, faint vanilla, thin body, long finish. Strong but not boozy.

The foam head settled down while I was fiddling with the menu. But it was a nice deep tan over a deep black body. A very, very deep chocolate nose. Very pleasant.
The taste continues the deep chocolate that came from the nose. Kind of like a Dutch chocolate bar, perhaps. I think there's a bit of either vanilla or cinnamon in here. I also catch a bit of sharpness that could be fresh hops. A surprisingly big beer from a brewer that is sharing space with a non-alcoholic brewer. So much flavor I do not notice the alcohol sneaking in until midway through. A lot of lace clinging to the side.
