Clear red colour, white head. Aroma of red fruits, light sour, brett and wood. Sour flavour, red fruits, Porto wine. Sour finish, wood, Porto wine. Nice!

Bottle at cropredy 2016 day 2 sunny hell.. Dark red brown... Small tan head... Soft funk balsamic rich red fruit... Red wine nose.... Tart woody fruit... Big sweet woody red wine.. Rich woody fruit

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, consumed in a field at Fairports Annual Reunion Festival, Cropredy Friday 12th August 2016 Dark brown with a reddy hue its also very murky with a light beige head. Really fruity, tart a little balsamic vine, there is little dry edge. Funky, fruity nice but big bottle and whilst I am enjoying it glad to share with Craig. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov13 3.5

Bottle from former Molen beershop, large sample. Hazy ruby color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, red fruit, tartness, lactic, bit oak wood. Soft sourness in taste, some vanilla, oak wood, lots of fruit. Nice stuff.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Brekeriet Rougette ].Clear medium brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, vinegar, brett - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart, vinegar, wine - port, wood. red fruit - berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150829]

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Unclear reddish amber. Aroma of cellar, cobwebs, some funk, caramel, port, lacto, fruitiness. Great sour flavor, funky, lactic, with oak, wine, caramel, dark fruits, a bit of balsamic notes. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy red brown with a small ring off white head. Aroma of tart red fruit, caramel and Brett funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours hazy amber with a creamy white head. Wood, funk, red wine, Salty and tart. Bone dry, no body. Bitter finish. In-elegant.
