440ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Leafy and fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, unspecific fruitiness with some citrusy aspects. Taste is fruity and slightly leafy hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of grapefruit, lemon, some zesty bitterness.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation.
Very homogeneous, smooth, balanced - good.

Can. Hazy and fairly yellow gold beer, a tidy bubbly head that is slightly off white. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light sweetness. Light crisp pine. Aggressive hop spice, goes up to the border of burn but just stays the right side. Savoury skunk fronts light Nelson grape, mild Motueka lime and a little generic citrus. Finishes light with plenty more hop spice. Long long hop spicy linger. Hmmm. One of these DIPAs where the greener spicier side of the hops dominates the fruity side. This is a good dipa but, if I had another can, I would let is rest in the fridge for a month..
