Smooth, sweet, rich and creamy. Expect a delicious hit of fruity flavour, perfectly balanced by tasty cacao nibs and a delectable bitter finish.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines probably. Deep brown. Slim messy sticky pale beige head. Nose has cook’s chocolate. Raspberry ring biscuits. Those with the weird foam thing. Bit of vine fruit. Taste is pretty sweet first up with some dryness. Light bitterness. Drinks ok overall although it’s pretty thin. Light dry light bitter finish. It doesn’t not deliver.

Cask at House of Hop, Darlington. Black colour with red tinge, beige foam head and aroma of roasty malt, chocolate, raspberry. Taste is sweetish, roasted, malty, chocolate, wafer, with jammy raspberry, and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, raspberry & chocoately roast bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
