An English style golden bitter brewed with Maris Otter malt and pale invert sugar syrup. Hopped delicately with UK Fuggle, Styrian Celeia, and US Centennial hops. We taste lemon marmalade, Asian pear, green fruits and very lightly toasted marshmallow. Packaged in the cans with nitrogen to provide a creamy foam (shake gently three times before pouring into a proper pint glass, please!). 4.2% ABV

Canned 3/25/26, drunk 9/6/26, compliments of tfontana. Thanks, Tom!
Ultra soft with a hint of cellar must/funk and just all sorts of wacky, earthy, leafy hop notes. Absolutely understated and subtle but there's something new every time you smell it. Fruity yeast, toasted malt, honey-like malt, herbal hops, grassy hops....to perpetuity.
Soft and watery per the style with floral accents and gently bready malts. Delicate honey and such. At almost six months out, the overt hoppiness is gone but there are still beautiful undertones. Everything is soft, classy, subtle but expressive here. This is like the shitty English bitters I used to drink on nitro at bars in college (Tetley's, Boddingtons, etc...) but instead of zero hop character and old, uninteresting malt, this is all high quality ingredients. Ridiculously flavorful, balanced and drinkable for its size. If Dan doesn't always knock it out of the park with the American-style hoppy stuff, his traditional and farmhouse ales are almost always masterpieces.

Can from the brewery. Lightly hazy, bright golden yellow, nice sparkle, large head (wouldn't say typical nitro look), nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong cracker malt, bittering, lightly fruity hops. Taste is strong biscuit-y, cracker-y malt, Euro bittering hops, subtle burnt marshmallow, vaguest of fruit. Smooth texture, flat carbonation, finish as taste. Wanted to get varied styles from my visit to Suarez. Not getting usual benefits of nitro. Pretty boring.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Honey and bread aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet with biscuit upfront turning to a mild honey hint toward the finish. Light body and a weak hop. Yet, this is lightly sweet with a mild mineral character. Easy to drink.
